What's the deal with CSM seemingly knowing Teena even though Bill doesn't seem to know about it? How in the world can Mulder NOT recognize CSM after seeing him waterski with his dad summer after summer? (CSM. Waterskis. How could he not remember a sight like that?!) Why doesn't Jeffrey recognize his own father if CSM supposedly left the family when Jeffrey was 11?
